Velmaire (“Velmaire”, “we”, “us”) is a website design studio operating from Malta. We design, build and maintain websites for businesses.

We offer three one-time website packages — Deal 1 “Online Presence” (€890), Deal 2 “Complete Package” (€1,890) and Deal 3 “Premium Package” (€3,900) — each as described on our Pricing page at the time of purchase.

Every website is accompanied by a monthly care plan, chosen by the client: Maintenance (€19/month), Maintenance + Growth (€49/month), or Maintenance + Marketing (priced per business by agreement).

Prices are in euro. Where VAT applies, it is stated at the point of payment.

A 50% deposit secures your build slot, payable via the secure payment link we provide (card payment) or by bank transfer. Work begins once the deposit is received and your intake brief is confirmed — normally within two working days.

The remaining 50% is due on delivery of your website, after your included revisions.

Care plans are billed monthly from the month your website goes live, and can be cancelled with one month's written notice (email or WhatsApp). No partial-month refunds.

The 50% deposit is fully refundable — you may cancel at any time until your website is delivered and receive the deposit back in full, minus any third-party costs already incurred at your request (such as domain registrations or photography).

Once the website has been delivered and approved by you, payments are non-refundable.

Refunds are returned by the same method the payment was made, within 14 days.

From time to time we build preview websites at no upfront cost. A preview is built from materials you supply, shown to you live, and the build fee is then set by you — at whatever amount you consider fair, including zero.

Preview websites remain the property of Velmaire and are hosted on our infrastructure until taken live. Taking a preview live requires an active care plan (minimum term 12 months); ownership of the website transfers to you after 12 paid months, or immediately upon payment of the full applicable package price.

Previews are kept for 30 days; if we don't hear from you, they are quietly retired.

We aim to take a website live within weeks of receiving your brief and materials. Timelines are estimates, not guarantees; they depend on how quickly content, feedback and approvals reach us.

Each package includes two rounds of revisions before launch. Further changes are handled gladly under your care plan or by separate quotation.

You warrant that any text, images and materials you supply are yours to use. You remain responsible for the accuracy of business information published at your request.

On full payment, the finished website design and its written content belong to you. We retain the right to feature the work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.

Domains registered for you are registered in your name and remain yours.

Active care plans include hosting, security updates, backups and small content changes as described on the Pricing page.

If a care plan is cancelled, we will hand over the website files and domain in good order. Continued hosting after cancellation is not included.

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service of third-party infrastructure (hosting, email or advertising platforms).

Our total liability under any engagement is limited to the amount you paid for that engagement. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits or lost data caused by third parties.

These terms are governed by the laws of Malta, and any disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the Maltese courts.
